Online client booking via a Telegram bot

How it works

1. Set up your services and schedule: names, durations and the hours you work.
2. Create a booking page and get a link to the bot with your own code.
3. Put the link in your Instagram bio, a pinned message or on your card.
4. A client taps the link, Telegram opens the bot, and they pick a service, a day and a free slot.
5. The booking appears in your calendar and the client gets a confirmation in Telegram.

Why this beats back-and-forth messages

Clients write at one in the morning and wait until the next day for an answer. The bot replies at once and offers only free slots, so you don't have to answer “when do you have time?” or juggle several chats.

Only free time is offered

The bot shows just the times you are really free: your working hours, service durations and existing bookings are all taken into account. So that nobody takes the whole schedule, one client can hold up to three upcoming bookings with one practitioner and make up to ten bookings a day.

Cancelling and rescheduling

A client can cancel a booking in the bot, and the slot opens up for others. You can reschedule or cancel a booking in the app, and the change is reflected in the reminders too.

What data the bot keeps

The bot keeps only what a booking needs: the Telegram chat, the chosen service, the time and the contact the client shared. The /forget command lets a client ask the bot to forget them.

Who it is for and when it helps

For practitioners whose clients write in messengers and on Instagram: brow artists, lash artists, nail techs, colourists. It helps most when you work alone and have no receptionist answering messages.
