Automatic appointment reminders for clients

How it works

1. A client books through the bot and picks a service and a time.
2. Belanote remembers the visit time and the list of services.
3. 24 hours before the visit the bot sends the first reminder.
4. An hour before the visit a second reminder arrives.
5. If plans change, the client cancels in the bot and the slot opens up.

When reminders go out

The first reminder arrives 24 hours before the visit, the second an hour before. Each is sent once, so there are no duplicates. If a booking is made less than 24 hours ahead, the first reminder is skipped and the second goes out an hour before the visit.

Fewer no-shows and late cancellations

When clients see the time and services, they remember the visit. And if plans change, they can cancel in time and you can offer the slot to someone else.

Prices by channel

Reminders on Telegram are free and unlimited. For clients without Telegram, Viber and SMS are provided: you pay only for the messages sent, from the balance in the app. Roughly 0.05 EUR per Viber message and 0.08 EUR per SMS; prices are indicative until launch and may change.

How to cut no-shows

Remind twice: a day and an hour before. Let clients cancel in one tap so a freed slot isn't wasted. State in the booking page description how many hours ahead a client can cancel without consequences. Offer new clients a time that suits them, not only what is free in your schedule.

No health data

A reminder contains only the visit time and the list of services. Clients' health data never goes into a message.
