A client record app for lash artists

How it works

1. Add the client and note her wishes: effect, curl, length, what to avoid.
2. Before the first procedure create a patch test for the glue: by default the “lash glue” type waits 24 hours and is valid for 180 days, and you can change both.
3. The client signs a consent with a questionnaire: eye sensitivity, allergies, contact lenses.
4. After the procedure record the materials and parameters and add a photo.
5. At the infill tap “Repeat visit” and change only what has changed.

What you did last time

Record the effect, curl, length and materials on the card. The “Repeat visit” button fills the next visit from the previous one.

Patch tests and reactions

Log a patch test before the procedure and any skin or eye reaction. It all stays tied to the client instead of getting lost in notes.

Consent for lash procedures

The app has a consent and questionnaire template for lashes: eye sensitivity, allergies, contact lenses. The client signs on the screen and you get an unalterable PDF.

Booking and reminders on Telegram

Clients pick a free slot in the bot themselves and get free reminders a day and an hour before the visit. Fewer late cancellations.

Who it helps

Lash extension and lamination artists who work alone. Useful when you have many regular clients coming for infills and need to recall quickly what you did last time.

Photos and notes

Add before and after photos to see how the work holds, and notes on reactions of the eyes or skin. It all lives on one card and opens without internet.
