A client record app for brow artists

How it works

1. Add the client and note what she asks for: shape, colour, what to avoid.
2. Create a patch test for the tint: by default the “brow tint” type waits 48 hours and is valid for 180 days, and you can change both numbers.
3. On the day of the procedure open the formula: brand, shade, grams, developer and processing time.
4. Add before and after photos and note what the client liked.
5. Next time tap “Repeat visit”: the formula and notes are filled in from the last visit.

Record the result of a test and how long it stays valid. Belanote shows how much longer a patch test is valid before you pick up the tint.

Consent for brow procedures

The app has a ready consent and questionnaire template for brows: allergies, pregnancy, previous permanent makeup. The client signs on the screen and you get a PDF.

Booking and reminders

Clients book a free slot through the Telegram bot and get free reminders a day and an hour before the visit. Fewer no-shows, fewer messages.

A note on allergies

Whether a test is needed before brow tinting and how long it lasts depends on the product and the rules of your country. Belanote only counts the time from your settings, and choosing the period stays your responsibility.
