A client record app that works without internet
Records, formulas and consents live on your phone. The app works in airplane mode, in a basement studio or during a power cut.
How it works
- Open the app: client cards, the calendar and formulas are already on the phone, no network needed.
- Add clients, visits, notes, photos and patch tests as usual. Changes are saved on the device at once.
- A client signs a consent on the screen: the signature is locked without a network.
- All changes are queued. As soon as the internet is back they are sent to the server on their own.
- If you work on two devices, the changes are merged: for each record the later edit stays.
Everything on the device
Clients, visits, formulas, photos, patch tests and consents are stored in an encrypted database on your phone. A client card opens instantly, even without a network.
Changes are never lost
Whatever you add offline is queued and syncs by itself as soon as the internet is back. If a record was edited on two devices, the later change wins.
Signatures without a network
A client signs a consent form with a finger on the screen and the signature is sealed at once. No internet needed.
What does need a connection
Sync between devices, the backup, online client booking and reminders work online only. Everything you use next to the client is available without it.
How it works inside
The data lives in a local encrypted database on the phone. The app reads from it and writes to it instead of the server, so every answer is instant. Syncing runs in the background when there is a network and changes nothing about how you work with a client.
Who it helps
Practitioners who work in a basement, on location, in a room with a poor signal or during power cuts. Also those who don't want to depend on a card loading while the client is waiting.
Questions and answers
Can I run the whole client record without internet?
Yes. Cards, visits, formulas, photos, patch tests and signed consents work without a network. You need internet for syncing, reminders and booking through the bot.
What happens to my data if I lose the phone?
After syncing, the data is stored on the server, so it can be restored on a new device. Changes you had not synced yet stay only on the old phone, so connect to a network regularly.
Is it safe to keep health data on the phone?
The database on the device is encrypted. The encryption key is kept in the phone's secure storage.
