A client record app for nail techs

How it works

1. Add a client: name, phone and notes on what she likes.
2. Set up your services and the time each takes: gel manicure, pedicure, removal.
3. After the visit, write your notes and add a photo of the work.
4. Next time tap “Repeat visit” and pick the same service.
5. Give clients the bot link: they book a free slot themselves and get reminders.

A card with photos of your work

Keep photos of the manicure and notes on the coating, shape and design. When the client returns you already know what they liked.

Services with durations

Set up your services and the time each takes. The booking bot offers only the time that is really free, taking service durations and existing bookings into account.

Reminders without texting

A day and an hour before the visit, a client who booked through the bot gets a reminder on Telegram. It is free and unlimited, and you don't have to message everyone by hand.

Works in the studio without a network

The client card and the calendar open without internet, and changes sync when the connection returns.

Who it is for and when it helps

For techs who work alone or rent a room: there is no receptionist, and clients write in messengers and on Instagram. It helps most when you have many regulars and want to repeat the previous manicure quickly.
