A client record app for hair colourists

How it works

1. Add the client and note her colouring history and wishes.
2. Create a patch test for the colour. By default the “hair colour” type waits 48 hours and is valid for 180 days, and you can change both.
3. Build the formula: the zone (roots, lengths, ends, full head, toner), components with grams, developer, mix ratio and processing time.
4. Add before and after photos and note any scalp reaction.
5. At the next visit tap “Repeat visit”: the formula is filled in and you change only what is needed.

A formula in 3 seconds

The card stores the formula components: shade, grams, developer percentage and processing time. The “Repeat visit” button drops in the previous formula.

Photos and skin reactions

Add before and after photos and notes on any scalp reaction. You see the history of all the client's visits.

Patch test and colouring consent

The app has a consent and questionnaire template for hair colouring, and patch test records with a validity date. The client signs on the screen and you keep a PDF.

Booking and reminders

Clients book through the Telegram bot and get free reminders a day and an hour before. Long procedures don't fall through because of a forgotten booking.

Who it helps

Colourists who work alone or rent a chair. Useful when you have many clients with complex formulas and need to recall quickly what you mixed last time.

Units and components

You can give the amount of a component in grams or ounces and the developer strength in percent or volumes, and add the brand, line and shade to each component. A visit can have several formulas, for example one for the roots and one for the lengths.
